About

Wayfinding at UBC - Okanagan Campus is a web map for finding places and getting around the Okanagan campus, located on the traditional, ancestral and unceded territories of the Syilx Okanagan Nation and their peoples.

It is built for the exterior pedestrian environment: routes can avoid stairs and steep slopes, and lead to exterior building ramps and automatic door entrances.

Find a Place

• Type a name (or part of one), building code or address in Search for a place.
• Pick a result from the drop-down list. A blue circle marks the place and a pop-up gives details.
• Or click a building or a searchable icon on the map. With more than one result, use the arrow (Next Feature) at the bottom right of the pop-up.

Directions

1. Click Directions.
2. Choose a mode:
   • Walk: the shortest route
   • Accessible: barrier-free route to accessible entrances, avoiding steep and moderate slopes
   • Bike/Roll: bike-friendly route
3. Enter a starting location and a destination.
4. Click X to clear.
